What we collect
When you use CallSlim, we collect the information needed to run the platform on your behalf: • Your business details — name, industry, location, services, and owner information you provide during setup • Customer and contact information you share with Slim — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and relationship notes • Voice conversation transcripts between you and Slim — used to execute your instructions and improve Slim's understanding of your business • Basic usage data — which features you use and when — to improve the platform
How we use your data
Everything we collect is used for one purpose: running your AI office manager on your behalf. Specifically, we use your data to execute tasks you instruct Slim to perform, send emails to your customers on your behalf, make outbound calls on your behalf, generate personalized outreach in your voice, and help Slim understand your business better over time. We never use your data to power another client's business. Your business context stays yours.
AI processing
CallSlim is powered by artificial intelligence. When you have a conversation with Slim, that conversation is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI in order to understand your instructions and generate responses. Anthropic does not use API conversation data to train their models and does not retain your data beyond what is needed to process each request. Every email Slim sends on your behalf includes an unsubscribe link. One click is all it takes — no login required, no confirmation form. Unsubscribes are processed immediately and permanently. We include a physical mailing address in every email footer as required by CAN-SPAM law.
Voice calls
Slim makes and receives calls on your behalf using Twilio's voice infrastructure. Call audio is transcribed in real time by Deepgram and is not permanently stored as a recording unless you specifically enable that feature. Transcripts are retained as part of your conversation history and used to execute your instructions.
SMS communications
Mobile number privacy
CallSlim does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers to third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver CallSlim service notifications including morning briefing summaries, missed call notifications, and operational updates.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and settings. You may receive up to one SMS per day for morning briefing summaries, plus additional messages for missed call notifications and operational alerts.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying with any of the following keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. To re-enable SMS notifications contact support@callslim.com.

Customer messages
Slim can also send text messages to your customers on your behalf. When Slim sends text messages, those customers have an existing relationship with your business. Every SMS Slim sends includes opt-out instructions. Anyone who replies STOP is removed permanently and immediately — we never contact that number again.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' data with any third party for their own purposes. Period.
Analytics and advertising
CallSlim uses the following analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors use our site and to serve relevant ads: • Google Analytics (GA4) — tracks page views and site usage. Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy • Meta Pixel — enables Facebook and Instagram advertising and retargeting. Meta Privacy Policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy • TikTok Pixel — enables TikTok advertising and retargeting. TikTok Privacy Policy: tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy • Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly page view analytics, no cookies used. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting youradchoices.com or adjusting your browser settings.
Our service providers
To operate CallSlim we work with the following service providers who process data only as we instruct them to: • Anthropic — AI processing of voice and text conversations • Twilio — voice calls and SMS delivery • Deepgram — real-time voice transcription • Cartesia — AI voice generation (text to speech) • SendGrid — email delivery • Supabase — secure data storage on US-based servers • Stripe — payment processing Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. None of them may use your data for their own purposes.
Your credentials and security
Your data is stored in Supabase on US-based servers with encryption at rest and in transit. API keys and access tokens are stored as encrypted environment variables and are never stored in plain text or accessible without authorization.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we hold your data for 30 days so you can export it — then it is permanently deleted. Customer opt-outs are retained indefinitely to make sure we never contact those people again.
Your rights
You can request a full export of all data associated with your account at any time. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Both requests are handled within 5 business days. California residents have additional rights under CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. Children's privacy
CallSlim is a business platform intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information please contact us at support@callslim.com and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most current version.
